Wayne has worked with congregations in Colorado, California, Oklahoma and Texas in a variety of capacities, from lead minister, to involvement minister, to lead teacher. His unique and engaging teaching style has made him a sought-out speaker and teacher.
He has done extensive study in Homiletics (The art of preaching) and spends several weeks a year training others in these efforts.
Wayne and his wife Tami have been married since 1981. They have five grown children and ten grandchildren (with one on the way). Together they conduct the His Shoes, Her Shoes marriage and family seminars. Their interests are their faith, their family and each other.
