Class Descriptions

Birth-23 months:

Nursery services are provided during all Sunday worship services. Special Bible classes called “cradle roll” are also created just for your little one on Sunday morning at 9:30 and Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. Please check in at the nursery computer and retrieve 3 stickers—one for your child, one for your child’s bag and a pick-up sticker for when you return to pick up your child. Thank you for entrusting us with your precious little one!

Ages 2 years-4 years:

Please check in and grab your nametag at the entrance to the JourneyLand area, located near the side foyer entrance. Preschoolers study about Bible events from both the Old and New Testament and experience God in exciting ways in their classes.

Kindergarten – 4th grade:

Please check in and grab your nametag at the entrance to the JourneyLand area. These students attend rotation style classes on Sunday mornings, going to a different room each week. They travel with their grade level friends to various rooms including drama, storytelling, art/science/cooking and games to learn about God’s plan that began in the Old Testament and continues today. On Wednesday nights, they meet in combined classes (4s/Kinder, 1st grade, and 2nd/3rd/4th) to study the Bible in-depth in exciting and interactive ways.

The Bridge (5th & 6th Graders):

This group meets in the Family Center, room 304. The Bridge is an environment created specifically for our 5th and 6th graders to help them transition into the youth group in seventh grade. These students are given an opportunity to grown in their understanding of salvation, learn how to live life as a Christian and are given opportunities to live out the things they have learned through service projects, leadership opportunities and other activities.
